The website does not currently use a contact form, create visitor accounts or collect information for marketing purposes.
If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you choose to provide. This will usually include your name, email address and the content of your message. Depending on the nature of your enquiry, you may also provide information about your organisation, role or the work you would like to discuss.
If an enquiry develops into a coaching, advisory, speaking or other professional engagement, we may collect and retain additional information needed to discuss, establish and deliver that work. Specific arrangements for handling and retaining information associated with an engagement may also be agreed as part of contracting.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information by email unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

Our website and business email are hosted by Hostinger. Emails are accessed using email applications on authorised devices.
Business correspondence and records may also be stored in the company’s Google Drive.
These and other service providers may process information on our behalf where this is necessary to provide their services. We use appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect the information we hold.
We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
International data transfers
Some technology and cloud service providers may process or store information outside the UK.
