The Business Psychologist is led by Professor Matthew Davis, Professor of Organisational Psychology and Associate Dean for Culture and Inclusion at Leeds University Business School.
Matthew’s work focuses on how organisations design work, workplaces and cultures that enable people and performance to thrive. His research explores the future of work, including hybrid working, socio-technical workplace design, organisational culture, leadership and responsible business.
